My theory behind finding the best agent was simple, jumped online and searched “best agent in my area”. Well Paul and the team exceeded my expectation. So professional! The property was tenanted and how they managed them with open homes and viewings was great. Very accommodating to the tenants but also got so many potential buyers through, definitely feel they didn’t leave any rock unturned! Lorraine performed admirably in dealing with a testing sale. The mono-clad house and the garden required significant improvement before sale. Lorraine worked with me during a demanding upgrading process of inspection, repainting, and including some structural repair. Her knowledge of the industry and contractors in particular was very helpful. During the sale process, her knowledge and professionalism was especially apparent with the preparation of the house for sale. Excellent listing information, signage and materials was provided. She ran open days efficiently and considerately, and was excellent at liaising with potential buyers. Always pleasant, she was a joy to work with.
