Gisela is a wonderful agent to work with; very friendly, quick responses, doesn't seem to be playing any games which was quite refreshing! She gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, sat down with us and had a yarn which made us feel very comfortable. You could tell she actually really cared for the vendors as well because she knew exactly what their priorities were, and we felt like we knew the owners before we met them. She feels like a friend!
She has been very nice to help us arrange to get tradies to the house ahead of us moving in, which was a surprise, but it shouldn't have been with her. Her bright smile and friendly demeanor never made us feel like we were wasting her time or asking too many questions. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions! She always answered them to the best of her ability or reached out to the owners to get the scoop and pass it on.
We've heard how stressful the home buying process is, how shady real estate agents could be, and we felt that with others after searching for over 10 months for the right home. We've dealt with many agents that felt like they were greedy and taking advantage. She stood out as being transparent, helpful, available, and honest... One of the best we've worked with!
