John brought profesionalism to the table. He was flexible enough to cater to our needs, aswell as steering us down the right path when it comes to marketing. We went with a premium marketing package. John presented really well and done an amazing job as the face an voice of our home. He appraised the house accurately as he did plenty of research into previous sales in the area and knows Lower Hutt so well. We kept john busy with 45 groups over a 3 week tender process and he performed well keeping tabs on all groups and guiding groups down the tender process. Good job John!
