I had a really great experience with Nicky from the time I initially asked her what work she recommended I undertake to get the best result through to the final sale. She received a good number of tenders for me to consider and I received really good prices to consider. She was really well informed about the current market conditions and gave me some good advice on how to market the property. The process was smooth and I was well informed of progress and very happy with the final result.

Paul and Liam worked well in tandem. We were kept up to date and notified of open homes and private viewings in plenty of time We had a short tender period which was great. Paul and Liam were always there to answer any queries. The only issue I had was on the day of opening the tenders. The best tender which was a cash offer, highest offer and unconditional. However. One of the pages of the tender forms was not initialed (the page giving 5 days to accept) Liam thought it was just a error and won't to call the person. This was to ask re a bit of an increase in the offer and ask about the page. We fully understood the no increase in offer however the page being not initialed was a decision they had made. And we had untill 5pm that day to make a decision or he was putting in offer on another property. We felt that may be it should of been Paul making the the call as head of the team. It probably would not have made any difference to the outcome but we felt at the time would have been a longer conversation on our behalf. Any way we accepted the offer as it was the best. Was just a bit of a let down on the day and a very stressful Easter Weekend. ( given that banks were closed till the following Tuesday for our financing for future property). We will definitely be recommending Paul and his team to anyone selling or purchasing a property. Very helpful, professional and just generally great people.
