I met Gisela Ngubo-Mchena when my family engaged Harcourts to sell my mothers' house. The appraisal of the property and subsequent presentation of the sale and marketing plan was very thorough and in depth and left me feeling confident we had made a good choice. The sale process was complicated somewhat by another party with a share in the property who needed to be considered and consulted at all steps along the way and the property sharing some common areas and being overseen by a body corporate administration. Paul’s knowledge of the market and his guidance of timing to sell was bang on the money to optimise our sale. The photographer made the house look absolutely amazing. Communication was good all the way through, even through the inevitable hiccups and issues. We ended up with a really good turn out to our open homes and the team followed up religiously with interested parties. We received an email update each week with the information about customer enquiry, upcoming open homes, feedback etc so if there is something people are commenting on about your home there is an opportunity to change it. Selling your home is a very stressful time especially with small children but Team Butcher definitely made it as easy as they could.

Real estate agents work in pairs and are extremely well supported by back-office staff. Sinead Diederich and Jen Schipper gave star performances as the sales agents. Steph Bradley the auctioneer was shrewd, charming and very skilled. Dillon Denster, rental appraiser, Richard Sinnott sales manager, Nick McLean office administrator, and Elsa Andrews, coordinator, rounded out this wonderful, intensely focussed team. The team was quick to identify problems and to come up with satisfactory solutions. They exuded confidence and reassured us in what was a very stressful business. We had person to person weekly reports, and we were always in contact through WhatsApp. You just can’t beat well-oiled charm and professionalism.
