Chris was the agent for our dream home, so in order to purchase it, we asked if he could help sell our first home. Chris went above and beyond to help us on both sale and purchase side of the process. He was always honest, always happy to answer questions and he was very responsive when we contacted him. We had a long process through buying and selling (just due to the circumstances of our sale) and Chris kept all parties informed along the way, to ensure we all understood and felt comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend Chris and team Butcher to anyone. I would also recommend following them on Instagram, they are quite funny with their in team competitive nature. It's always nice to see a team who makes their job fun and focus on their professional relationship to ensure they communicate and work well as a team.

Chris Ingram from team Butcher was selling our dream house, so we asked if he would help us sell our house to be able to make that dream come true. The whole team Butcher went above and beyond making this whole unusual (circumstances) situation possible. They had amazing communication, worked all hours when it came down to the wire and helped make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
