Tarcille and her partner Jeremy built up an excellent rapport with my wife and I. They listen to our needs and lead us to our house on its first open home. They advised it would go to auction which we weren't in a position to be part of and let us know when the house didn't sell. As first-home buyers, we struggled to find our way through the house market until we met Crystal. From then, we could sit back and relax as she took charge of all the background work. Choosing Crystal was the best decision we made. She was great at communicating and organising what needed to be done. There were a few hiccups as expected, but Crystal was always ready to help 24/7.
