Jan was the absolute best choice for selling our home! She brought with her a wealth of experience and knowledge and helped us to gain insight from the local market as to what we might get for our home. Throughout the process Jan's communication was outstanding! With regular updates we were always honestly informed about the interest in our home and she always made sure she visited at a time that was convenient for both of us to be there. We went to auction and Jan made sure we understood the process and walked us through it seamlessly. Personally we always felt like we were her number one client. She took the time to talk to and get to know our children, pat the animals and check in on a personal level when my husband moved across the ditch before me. Jan was supportive and encouraging and we couldn't have asked for a better person to be looking after us as we made the big move to Australia. I would highly recommend Jan in every context! And if we ever move back to New Zealand she will be our first choice when buying another home.
