Jan is a very professional agent. She sat down with us prior to putting the property on the market and went over everything so we understood the process completely. She had bearly put the property live when she had an interested buyer. They had a viewing and an offer was put on the table. We negoiated and came to a resolution that I feel we were happy with and the buyer too. It has been a very quick, easy and painless process and Jan has made that process so easy and kept us informed all the way. Nothing is too much trouble for Jan. She focuses on finding a solution whenever there is an issue. Her communication is very good and she clearly cares about people.
