I reside in Nelson and engaged Jeremy to market my late Father's home in Hei Hei. During the sale process a building report showed up obsolete plumbing and wiring. Jeremy's advise and assistance during the replacement process was invaluable, along with him recommending trades people and then being in contact with the electrician in my absence. Further to this I needed to engage EQC to repair original earthquake repairs. Throughout the whole delayed process of marketing Jeremy remained in regular contact with me and eventually was able to secure an extremely favourable result for the Estate. I cannot recommend Jeremy highly enough. Without his knowledge and advise I would have floundered my way through the sale process. He is the ultimate Professional.
