I reside in Nelson and engaged Jeremy to market my late Father's home in Hei Hei. During the sale process a building report showed up obsolete plumbing and wiring. Jeremy's advise and assistance during the replacement process was invaluable, along with him recommending trades people and then being in contact with the electrician in my absence. Further to this I needed to engage EQC to repair original earthquake repairs.
