I could not have asked for a better Harcourts agent! Andre Moyce was very professional, informative and highly dedicated in helping me search for a property in Kaiapoi. Living in Wellington made this challenging at times but Andre was constantly researching possible properties within the specifications I was looking for. His communication with me was outstanding. He kept me updated and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Andre got to know my family as we would look into open home after open home as a pack of 4 or 5. The Auction process felt daunting initially but Andre walked me through it and put my mind at ease. He really knew his stuff! I am moving into my dream home in December and cannot thank Andre enough for helping me find my "forever home!"

As the executor of a deceased estate, I was not completely sure on how to proceed with the sale of the house. Liz offered her help in all the stages incl the auction, setting up the house for sale and removal of unwanted items after the sale.
