Liz stepped forward when I asked if I could see a real estate agent at Harcourts Kaiapoi,with eventually putting my dearest friend Halina Jurkenas property at 13 Davie Street on the market . I Rayleen Patricia Turner and her son Victor Stanley Jurkenas have Power of Attorney on her Property.Liz was outstanding,keeping us up to date,with open homes attendance, and interest shown. Nothing was a bother to Liz. Auction day, she took us to Russley Golf Course. There we meet Mark ,auctioneer who did a superb job to get us a great price. Liz got the best buyers ,a lovely couple who love vintage homes, outside painted once in 35years,otherwise nothing done to inside.They loved the vintage furniture, and brought all of it.
