I was keen to give the auction thing a go as I’d been keeping an eye on Holmwood auctions and could see there seemed to be a lot of action happening each week. I took Matt’s recommendation of doing as much marketing as possible across all platforms. Getting large numbers of people through, it was impressive to witness Matt’s expertise in getting people there to bid. Then the acution team took care of the auction itself. It was amazing to see bidders signalling they were out but then they bid again! My partner and I were blown away and so happy.
