I honestly can’t thank Alaina enough for everything she did to help me find my first home. Buying my first home was such a huge step for me, and at times I felt nervous and overwhelmed by the whole process. Having Alaina beside me made such a difference. From the very beginning, she took the time to really understand what my son and I needed and what would make a house feel like the right home for us. She listened, was patient, and always had our best interests in mind. Alaina guided me through every step, explaining things along the way and making sure I understood what was happening. She was always available when I had questions, and her knowledge, reassurance and genuine care made the whole experience so much easier. I never thought I’d be standing here at 47, owning my first home, and it means more to me than I can put into words. I’m so grateful that Alaina was part of such an important milestone for my son and me. Thank you, Alaina, for helping make such a big dream become a reality. Perseverance with the incompetences of the Leadership of Hakatere Hut Holders Soc with good negotiation skills when dealing with their inability to organise the importance of records or files pertaining to membership of the Soc as I was a member for approximately 22yrs !! They were challenging in their dealing with her but she was not deterred and was a good support to the elderly couple buying my wonderful holiday home by the sea which I believe they will truly appreciate as I did for many years as a-retreat from a busy Nursing/Midwifery working life !!

We had a great experience working with Clarence on our Barbadoes Street project. He not only helped us find a good property to renovate, but also successfully sold it for us once the work was completed. His service goes well beyond simply selling a property. He also supported us through the final stages of getting the house ready for the market, helping to coordinate the cleaning and those last-minute adjustments that needed to be done before listing. Clarence is easy to communicate with, reliable and always willing to help throughout the whole process. Having his support from the purchase through to the final sale made everything much easier for us. We were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him.

In my case, I was the purchaser. I think it already speaks volumes to have had a positive experience with an agent as the purchaser. Jamin was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Also, he's always happy to accomodate for extra viewings to help with decision making. Once I put the offer in, he acted quickly and was very helpful and responsive. It was an easy, stress-free experience. I would happily use Jamin's services in the future and recommend him to friends and family.

I couldn’t recommend Sue highly enough! She helped me purchase my first home and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward from start to finish.
