The Newburys did a great job for us. They are very vibrant and their ability to engage others in the excitement of buying a new house was easy to see. Miranda’s sales skill and ability that has been honed over many years in the sales game is a big asset to her. What we really loved about Miranda was her ability to acknowledge when she did not know the answer. She is very quick to go back to her team, research and come back with the right advice. The Newburys understand the market well. No slugs here, and if you are one….look out, they will be all over you in a heartbeat!

We found The Newburys incredible from start to finish. Their professionalism, energy and enthusiasm throughout the campaign was exceptional! The communication was excellent - they kept us up to date on all aspects of the process including marketing, open homes, feedback and what to expect during the auction process. Nothing obvious. He did everything he said he would. While we are family members he treated us just like any other customer, exactly as we expected he would. My role is also as an auctioneer so it was a little unnerving to have the shoe on the other foot. I know and appreciate how others feel when selling as I deal with it all the time. Matt and his management team went out of their way to ensure the best possible outcome. We were delighted as I believe dealing with family requires not just 100% but 150% effort and Matt and the team delivered beautifully.
