I arrived from Auckland in February. There began a solitary journey in a new City to find a home. The lack of transparency in Real Estate was extraordinary to me. In the field I spent over 30 years in, honesty and openness was absolutely key. This was not my experience in seeking a home. Whitney stayed in my lane with me for a deadline sale with another agency and four auctions.... one of which was not one she was able to be a part of. She stayed right there; accompanying me to every home I had an interest in. She is a gorgeous young woman and I will always be grateful for her 'going the distance' - when I was in despair, she remained calm and positive always. My daughter was hugely appreciative of the continued 'presence' of Whitney. She was always professional and kept me fully informed of the processes, about potential listings. Whitney worked unbelievably hard to keep me cognisant of the journey and was very comfortable in making contact with other agents that had the properties I was interested in. She was always warm with everyone we came into contact with. Whitney was punctual and kept me informed if there were a few minutes delay. She drove to me many times out in Redcliffs to bring me documents to share and/or sign. What more can I say!? Thank you Whitney for all your care, support, kindness and calm through a journey which was at times difficult. Whitney is an absolute star and I hope there are many others who have the benefit of her gentle and professional oversight of their path to buying a house.
