Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences in life. Apparently nobody told Lisa Ny. From day one, Lisa was calm, knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and somehow always had the answer to my latest "quick question" (which often turned into several not-so-quick questions). She guided me through the entire process with professionalism, humour, and the kind of reassurance usually provided by therapists and emergency services. A special mention to Liz O'Neill, who also helped along the way and was lovely to deal with, encouraging and supportive also! What I expected: stress, confusion, and mild panic. What I got: a home I love and a surprisingly mostly enjoyable buying experience. If real estate agents had a Hall of Fame, Lisa would have her own wing, complete with a statue and a gift shop. We had a card dropped into our mailbox by jo when she was in the area asking if we would be looking to sell in the near future to contact her. We had been considering it so made contact. Once we decided to go ahead with the sale of our property she had 2 off market offers for us within a week. We were very happy with outcome and jos communication since has been great despite us having a settlement at end of year to coincide with our new build. Would highly reccomend jo if you are looking for an agent.

Jo did a fabulous job with taking our house to auction. She worked extremely hard to find a buyer, ensuring that she maximised the number of people who saw our home through open homes, private viewings and online presence. Jo put in the hard yards and when it came to auction time, the entire team did a great job for us, explaining very clearly what the process was, what would happen in different scenarios and keeping us as relaxed as possible!
