Can honestly say from the moment we met Spencer to the absolute end, there was never a doubt that he was in our corner and would do anything to help us find our dream home. As first-home buyers, the process of buying a house was a lot like climbing a hill only to realize the big one is behind it. The process kept getting exponentially harder and harder but luckily, we had Spencer to guide us. No question was too crazy, and he was always making the extra effort to keep us in the loop. I highly recommend if you are a first home buyer give this man a ring, you won't regret it. Spencer was very thorough in explaining the difference between a deadline vs negotiation (and the different tactics involved). We even got in the ring for an 'auction' and came pretty close to nailing it. We would not have had the confidence that an auction was possible, but Spencer encouraged us that if we did our research, we would give ourselves a great shot and even though this was not the house we ended up with, that might have been my favorite experience in the whole journey. Spencer does an amazing job of bringing properties to you but is also very open to your suggestions. Long story short we settled into our new home a few weeks ago and we fall in love with it more and more every day. We did not think it was possible and it was a long .... long uphill battle, but we got there in the end. This will be a lifelong partnership I am sure of it, and I look forward to the next phone call when I hear his famous catchphrase of "Bloody good" and "Bring it on". Spencer is a super genuine guy in a wolfish market, you need someone like him to go to battle for you and know there is nothing but good intentions there. With Spencer it feels like family.
