Jan Morley sold my home to me 9 years ago. She worked weeks to find the right home and nothing was a problem. And eventually she found it. 3 Woodford Terrace. We formed a bond back then, and even though we didn’t see one another, after that process, she has always kept in touch with real estate updates, and Xmas greetings. Etc. So it was a no brainer, when I decided to sell a few weeks ago, to make contact with Jan. We just picked up, where we left off all those years before. The sale of my home has been riddled with issues regarding a bathroom alteration that I did 5 years ago. From day one, Jan has taken control. Dealing with lawyers, councils ,builders ,plumbers ,electricians and tilers. I’ve not had to make one phone call. Jan has done everything. My home successfully sold, not at Auction, but later in the day. But the issues still continued on after that.But she has stayed with me and continued to help sort these issues. It’s all starting to come together now, hopefully (not the sale) but consents from the council. I cannot say in words how amazing this young woman is. She is professional, dedicated, committed, human and humble. She constantly said to me, “Don’t worry, I’ll sort it” and she has totally committed herself to doing that. She’s fun to be around, and has an insight into my life and situation and is very aware of my vulnerability, hence her taking over and leading this whole process. There is absolutely nothing I can fault with Jan. She’s guided me through such a stressful time so without a doubt she has a 100/100 for me. Thankyou Cheryl Hart.
