We originally met Jana at the start of the year when we first moved to Hamilton. She was very helpful with providing information about the market in Hamilton. A few months later we grew tired of renting and came across Jana at a open home in Flagstaff. Jana knew the moment we walked into the property that we were not impressed, and told us there was another house she was showing that might meet our expectations. We were offered private viewing prior as we missed the open home that weekend. We went to view the property (which happened to be the property we purchased), and knew instantly this would be our first home. Jana helped provide information and made the process easy and understandable for us as first home buyers. There was constant and consistent communication from the moment we viewed the house, right up to the moment we went unconditional. Jana is very dedicated to her job and even showed up at our door on a Sunday afternoon at 6pm to sign some documents, to ensure there was no delays in the process. Even after we went unconditional, Jana still found time to meet us at the property and take a family photo for us in front of our new house. Overall we think Jana would go above and beyond to ensure both vendors and purchasers are getting the best service and least stress, in the emotional roller-coaster that is the property market.
