Rose worked very hard to sell our investment property. The type of property coupled with a tough sellers market made her job very tricky. Our expectations were are not aligned with the market so she also had to guide our expectations in the correct direction. There were times that we wanted to take the property off the market but Rose helped us to keep going. I also believe that during the process Rose became ill, but she stayed in touch with us and managed to sell the property. Well done Rose.

Sally was really helpful in getting to know the type of home that we wanted. She went out of her way to make visits happen outside of open homes to cater for our needs. She had quick communication with the vendor's real estate agent and always kept us up-to-date with every detail. We would highly recommend Sally if you are looking to buy/sell.

Sally has excellent experience and is knowledgeable about Hamilton, real estate agents, lawyers and the process of selling/buying. We were guided on what to do to prepare our house for sale and every step of the way through to auction. We were pleased she brought in another agent to help us while she was away. Sally is fast, clear and kind in her communication and we would happily use her as an agent again (though I'm hoping we won't be moving again for years!). She has a fun sense of humour and we loved working with her.

Jana has been outstanding! Right from the initial meeting I found Jana super personable and a very genuine, energetic and enthusiastic real estate agent. She listened to everything I asked and responded super promptly. She was the first to respond with a proposal (against a supposed "top agent") and I felt entirely comfortable with her proposal and how she presented it. Jana updated me after every open home and nothing was ever too much trouble - she cleared mail for me and let me know if there had been mail.
