Jana did very well within the short timeframe we gave her, yielding a sale price on par with market value despite having difficult buyers. Great communication throughout. We especially liked that she came across as a decent genuine person, unlike other agents (from past experiences) that seem to smile through their teeth and who give you a feeling that they just want your house sold so they can buy their next new Range Rover or BMW. My wife also appreciated how Jana spoke, English is her second language and she found Jana easy to talk to and understand.

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Jana. We were only looking to sell if we found could find the right place. After a first meeting and a chat that evening Jana acted as a buying agent for us. Coordinating viewings when we were interested, getting extra information for us. When we found the right place she met us there on multiple occasions. Her ability to explain the process as we negotiated was fantastic. Listing was a breeze then as well. The best thing through the process was communication. Whenever we were wondering about an update from an interested party, an update would soon follow unprompted.
