Sally has excellent experience and is knowledgeable about Hamilton, real estate agents, lawyers and the process of selling/buying. We were guided on what to do to prepare our house for sale and every step of the way through to auction. We were pleased she brought in another agent to help us while she was away. Sally is fast, clear and kind in her communication and we would happily use her as an agent again (though I'm hoping we won't be moving again for years!). Jana has been outstanding! Right from the initial meeting I found Jana super personable and a very genuine, energetic and enthusiastic real estate agent. She listened to everything I asked and responded super promptly. She was the first to respond with a proposal (against a supposed "top agent") and I felt entirely comfortable with her proposal and how she presented it. Jana updated me after every open home and nothing was ever too much trouble - she cleared mail for me and let me know if there had been mail.
