We messaged them on the day we were in Hamilton and wanted to view the property which was literally last on our list as a "let's try and just check it out" before we drive up back to Auckland. They quickly scheduled to organise a viewing for us and see the property on short notice. Sol has explained the details about the property clearly and thoroughly explained the process when the property went into a Multi-offer. There were no delays and his phone was open during that time.
