Tony was professional from the very start and all the way through the process. We trusted his experience and judgement. He provided expert advise based on the current market and his experience. He was easy to contact and returned email, text and phone in a professional and timely manner. He guided us through each step and of the process and did a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure we weren't burdened with unnecessary worry. He was sensitive to our specific situation and tailor his approach to suit our needs. We are grateful to have been able to work with Tony. Thank you.

Steph was amazing in helping me buy my first home and was also able to do this before my deadline. All of my many questions were answered and Steph’s communication made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

Purchasing a first home was daunting, but with Anna's support and guidance, we really enjoyed the process. Anna's communication was clear, professional and transparent. At times, she was so responsive and prompt to our enquiries that we wondered if Anna worked 24/7. We appreciate that Anna provided us with recommendations and advice, but she was also very considerate towards our conditions and preferences. She communicated the timelines, but respected our space and time for decision making. We would definitely purchase with Anna again, and would recommend her highly for other buyers and sellers.

We had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. She helped us find our first home in just two months because of her honesty, professionalism, and communication throughout the process. We valued her advice and feedback on the properties we were interested in, and she was always ready to arrange viewings and answer our questions. She worked hard to meet our needs and preferences, and she went the extra mile to make sure we were making informed decisions. Before each viewing (and there was a lot because of us) she would provide more context for each property, this was useful in deciding whether the property suited us. She is a great agent with excellent skills and a friendly personality. We love our new home, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Waikato.

Sol and Anna are a very confident, efficient team. The contract was clearly explained to us, they were helpful when asked for advice and kept us informed at all times. Our property sold very quickly and achieved a higher than expected price. Thank you Sol and Anna.

I am totally happy with my experience selling my property with Sol. His professionalism is brilliant and this made the whole process easy. The property I sold was not my main dwelling and Sol communicated everything with sensitivity to keep the property on track for sale. Highly recommended
