It was a breeze!
Sol and the team were great from the outset, explaining exactly how things would unfold at every step of the process. The communication was great also and that gave me peace of mind and certainly made the experience stress free. I'd absolutely recommend Sol and the team and will certainly think of him if I ever decide to sell/buy again. Best agent ever!
Steph was incredibly easy to deal with from the moment we started discussing selling our property to the day it sold! Very professional service and a great outcome
Grant has helped with other real estate transactions for us in the past and he has always been very good at his job. This sale was no exception. We discussed the challenges with this property early and Grant's approach fitted exactly with the suggestions he made. His suggestions for choice of home staging firm gave us an amazing look and feel to the apartment. The photography was outstanding and the way all of these were managed was exactly what we needed. Grant was in touch regularly and his updates covered all of the questions and concerns we had. He managed the interested parties adeptly and we were well supported in making the decisions that were needed once offers were received. In hindsight, the sales process Grant suggested proved to be the best we could have chosen and Grant steered us through the complexities very professionally. We would certainly use Grant in future real estate dealings
