Tony has been proven to be the ideal agent. As we live overseas with a huge time difference he made it always possible to communicate with us as we would live around the corner. Thus, everything could be discussed immediately. The timing to start the process of selling the house was chosen well, the marketing was done very effectively, and all the necessary preparation was arranged by him as we could not assist. He showed a huge personal commitment by offering up to four open homes per week and extra viewing on demand. All enquiries of potential buyers were followed up within a very short time. He kept good contact with everybody who had an interest and gathered more people together to register for the auction than expected. The auction was a success with a purchase price of 30% above the reserve price. Thank you very much Tony, you are an excellent agent.
