Me and my wife were previously working with another company and the house is not generating any interest. Sol and Anna were recommended by a family friend couple, who recently sold their property through them. Talking to them lifted our hopes. They were confident. They have new plans. They gave ideas and recommendations how to present the property better, emphasis on making a good impression. I dont know if that small tidy up made the difference but it did! And amazingly produced the result we hoped for! I wish I had more time to get to know them more but just couldn't because they sold my property in a snap. We would probably have to catchup over coffee but this time without talking about business. Or probanly another one? I will surely get them again. Sol has a good vision. He knows what will sell so he gave suggestions but not requiring shelling more money out. Anna's lovely, lively and positive personality will surely attract people. She will charm you with her infectious laugh. Both of them present themselves professionally at the office and in the few meetups we had. I appreciate your work Sol, Anna and the rest of the team. You made the impossible, possible.
