The Harcourts Central City office is located on the corner of Rostrevor and Harwood Streets. Just a short stroll to the CBD. This is a large office with a team of some 30 residential and rural lifestyle salespeople who market properties across the city and surrounding districts. Our Central City office is also home to our marketing department and auctioneers. You will also find our Auction room on the ground floor, with good off street parking to the rear of the building. Our salespeople can offer a great deal of area knowledge and the best advice when buying, selling or renting in Hamilton. Much like the city, our team is made up of all different cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds – this diversity is something that we are very proud of. Added to this local knowledge is a depth of experience in real estate, extensive skills and regular training, as well as having the vast resources of New Zealand's largest and leading real estate company at their fingertips. Worst and stressful experience after buying the house

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend having the property independently inspected before purchasing a house sold by Hitesh. I recently bought a house that was advertised as fully renovated, but after settlement I discovered several issues, including leaking gutters, a non-functioning hot-water cylinder, broken roof tiles, and newly installed lights that do not work properly. I also found concerns with the quality and standard of the renovation work. He buy the house with his wife and friends, and renovate very cheaply and sell. Some of the information provided to me before purchase did not match the condition of the property. I have photographs, documentation, and other evidence relating to the issues and work carried out. Please think twice before buy the house from Hitesh.

Amazing help for first-home-buyers

Lisa really helped us through our first home buying process. For the parts where we were stuck or unsure, she clarified. When we weren't sure what questions to ask, she guided. While we know agents ultimately work for the seller, as first time buyers, Lisa did everything she could to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. We met a lot of agents on our journey. Lisa stuck out as the one who was just REALLY NICE! She didn't just sell us a house. Lisa got to know us and the people we are, and helped us find the right house for us.
