Steve helped me find a property in Christchurch recently. It was a difficult search for me, and having Steve’s help and support was invaluable. He’s a great communicator, and an all round good bloke. His previous life in structural engineering was really useful when looking at properties. His access to Harcourts network enabled him to get me into properties that I might otherwise have missed, and the fact that he took responsibility for scheduling full days of viewings was gold to me, as I was coming in from out of town. He also happens to have the patience of a saint! He supported me through two auctions, including some complex negotiations, finally helping me secure a fantastic house that ticked all my boxes.
