We live overseas, so for most of the work that was required to sell our house, we dealt with Nathan and Becky from a distance. Therefore it was very important to us we dealt with people of high integrity, and who were excellent communicators. Added to this, both Nathan and Becky have very good people skills, assessed potential buyers carefully, and also listened to our opinions. A good example of their commitment was when Becky voluntarily painted the wall behind the refrigerator, unasked, unprompted; just pushed ahead and did the job. For me that exemplified their commitment, and I would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction in the greater Christchurch area.

Katrina has a great knowledge of the Real Estate Industry. She knew her values without disclosing too much, otherwise you might get your hopes up too high. She was right on to it with every facet of selling our home at the best possible price. Excellent communication, never stopped trying to initiate a sale, couldn't have asked for more assistance.
