I have spent close to three decades in the construction industry, guiding projects from the first design sketches through to completion. Along the way I learned how important it is for families and businesses to have spaces that are not only built well but also feel right. I worked closely with architects, engineers, and builders to find solutions that balanced cost, compliance, and comfort. That experience taught me to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and never lose sight of the bigger picture. Now I bring that same approach to real estate. When someone is buying or selling a home, it is more than a transaction. It is about making sure every decision feels right, both for today and for the years ahead. My technical background means I notice details others might overlook, and I can help clients see the potential in a property or avoid risks before they become problems. I know what goes into building and maintaining a home, and I use that knowledge to give buyers and sellers confidence. What motivates me most is helping people move forward in life. Whether it is a first home, a growing family, or a change in lifestyle, I want the process to feel clear and well supported. I see real estate as an extension of the work I have always done, helping people create spaces where they can live well.

The one who goes the extra mile

I remember when I got in touch with Steve the first time it was quite late and he instantly replied and put a big smile on my face. He's easy to message with, to talk to in person and he certainly understands who you are, what you want and makes it his mission to find what you're looking for and make you happy. We were looking for our first family home and he went above and beyond with even going door knocking to see if anyone would put their property on the market soon. He made our lives as easy as possible, finding us properties to look at, came to our new home when we needed him even though it was miles away from where he was, answered all our questions as quick as I've never seen anyone else reply. He goes the extra mile to say the least! We're so grateful, dear Steve!!! Thank you so much for everything you've done for us!!!

Brilliant, friendly and hard working.

Steve was a real life saver when it came to looking for properties to buy. He was available to talk or text at any time and always got back to us immediately. His knwoledge of the market was so insightful and we learnt so much about every process in buying a home from him. He is always professional and formal while being there for us during the stressful moments to answer questions, offer advise and help us get what we wanted. One day he invited me to go to an auction day at their main offices to show me that process and it was really fun to see another option we had not considered. (And seeing a house sell for 8.2 million at auction is always awesome). Overall I could not recommend Steve enough to anyone looking to buy or sell, no one will work harder for you. Thank you so much Steve! Simon and Samantha
