Because Katrina could tell we were very interested in the home, she went out of her way in ensuring we had all the information regarding the Auction system & the process to be able to have a decent go at purchasing the home. She was very pro active with the Vendors in enforcing a settlement at the Auction following the home not reaching the wanted price.
