Nothing was too much trouble for Victoria. She was honest, trustworthy and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to other buyers.

Like the song by Tina Turner Victoria is SIMPLY THE BEST, great advice, great communication, great knowledge and went above & beyond in helping us sell the property from afar.

Victoria is a very experienced real estate agent and this is apparent from the first time you engage her services. She has detailed knowledge of country areas that other agents might struggle to have. Combined with Harcourts tried and proven selling strategies Victoria presents a defined selling plan step by step, consulting with the seller on what is the most appropriate way to market and sell your property. The attention to detail of all real estate matters that Victoria brings to the deal both for the seller and the buyer makes the process less stressful and more understandable. Victoria doesn't fluff things up. She provides good honest feedback on what the market is saying about your property. Her liaison between all parties and service providers concerned with your sale is second to none and this helps move the process along quickly. All in all an excellent no nonsense agent who works diligently to achieve the best sale available for the seller at affordable marketing and commission rates. I would definitely engage this agent in the future.

After being impressed by Victoria handling a previous sale, it was a simple choice to engage her help again. Her excellent knowledge and attention to detail has helped secure good offers on both occasions, and keeping us informed at every stage makes getting to completion a painless process.

Victoria was awesome to work with & made the process of purchasing a smooth stressfree experience. Lovely lady, very helpful & great communication

This has been our 14th house sale over the years with various agencies and what can i say. Absolutely WOW! Victoria made the whole process so easy! Our house sold in 8 days. It has been an absolute pleasure to do business with Victoria and Harcourts. Communication has been fantastic in comparison to previous agents with a phone call or text withing 15 minutes of closing an open home. I HIGHLY recommend Victoria as an agent!

Victoria handled the sale of our property so we could buy our wee honey at 24 Penfold Square. She juggled both sales so well - the communication was top notch throughout the whole process, and Victoria’s motivation made for a very successful outcome. Thank you again Victoria for everything you’ve accomplished!
