Steve helped me find a property in Christchurch recently. It was a difficult search for me, and having Steve’s help and support was invaluable. He’s a great communicator, and an all round good bloke. His previous life in structural engineering was really useful when looking at properties. His access to Harcourts network enabled him to get me into properties that I might otherwise have missed, and the fact that he took responsibility for scheduling full days of viewings was gold to me, as I was coming in from out of town. He also happens to have the patience of a saint! He supported me through two auctions, including some complex negotiations, finally helping me secure a fantastic house that ticked all my boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as an agent, and will certainly be using him for future property sales/purchases.

Steve did an excellent job of guiding us through the process of buying and selling houses. Like most people, we were unfamiliar with the process and at times found it very confusing - Steve was always there to explain and advise whenever we had questions. He responded to our emails and texts very promptly, which kept the process moving forward with minimal delays. I appreciated that he was able to give us all the knowledge that we required, then step back and let us discuss and come to our own decisions. Steve is very friendly and puts people at ease, which I'm sure worked in our favour when he was considering potential buyers for our property and developing relationships with them. He's very easy to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Steve was wonderful to work with and always happy to answer my questions. He went above and beyond to support me as my buyers agent. As an immigrant buying my first home in NZ he also helped explain many of the differences and the various steps in buying my first home here. And he put out fires. So many fires. Would definitely recommend.

I remember when I got in touch with Steve the first time it was quite late and he instantly replied and put a big smile on my face. He's easy to message with, to talk to in person and he certainly understands who you are, what you want and makes it his mission to find what you're looking for and make you happy. We were looking for our first family home and he went above and beyond with even going door knocking to see if anyone would put their property on the market soon. He made our lives as easy as possible, finding us properties to look at, came to our new home when we needed him even though it was miles away from where he was, answered all our questions as quick as I've never seen anyone else reply. Steve was a real life saver when it came to looking for properties to buy. He was available to talk or text at any time and always got back to us immediately. His knwoledge of the market was so insightful and we learnt so much about every process in buying a home from him. He is always professional and formal while being there for us during the stressful moments to answer questions, offer advise and help us get what we wanted. One day he invited me to go to an auction day at their main offices to show me that process and it was really fun to see another option we had not considered. (And seeing a house sell for 8.2 million at auction is always awesome). Overall I could not recommend Steve enough to anyone looking to buy or sell, no one will work harder for you.
