Loved working with Zani and Natasha with purchasing my house in Hoonhay. They make a great team and were good at soothing nerves prior to and during the whole auction process. We thought communication was clear, reasoned and not emotional- which vendors heads can be, so this enabled us to make good decisions. The marketing plan was the best for the property. We were feeling quite good when auction day arrived as we were prepared. Jack & Jan were supportive, helpful, clear & calm during the negotiations and without a doubt they were working to achieve a great outcome for us.
