Jack is adept at calming the waters in times of stress and guiding you through all the options. The auction itself is a very stressful time and the support during those long minutes was superb. To cap it all off, when looking to buy a new home, Jack asked me about the criteria that was important to me and must have listened very carefully. A few days later he suggested a property I had initially rejected through looking on line but he convinced me to check it out. 24 hours later I made an offer and after a couple of days more the property is going to be my new home, subject to a few minor standard conditions.
