When she wasn't happy with the original open home numbers she changed things up. She stayed in regular contact with anyone who had viewed our property and quickly realised the ones that were interested. The weekly follow up reports were so good we really couldn't have wanted anymore information. I was adamant we wouldn't go to auction as I'd be a nervous wreck.
