A Great Communicator
Sam worked patiently with us for several months whilst we, firstly, tried unsuccessfully to buy one home, then searched for another. From the very beginning, she impressed us with her knowledge of the market and dedication to finding us the perfect property. Sam took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget making several suitable suggestions herself as well as investigating other listings on our behalf. Not being local to the area, we found it difficult to attend open homes but Sam tirelessly arranged viewings at our request. A good rapport with one’s agent is half the battle. Sam was never pushy, always friendly and tireless in her commitment to our search. If you're looking for a real estate professional who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your needs, we highly recommend Sam.

Lovely Lady, Awesome Real Estate Agent!
I first met Sam at open homes and straight away I loved her "vibe." Warm and friendly, with an ask me anything attitude. You could tell straight off the bat that she had her vendors best interests at heart, but she was also willing to offer us invaluable advice on the private sale of our own property (which was of no benefit to herself). On move in day, she was an absolute godsend, arranging last minute cleaners and driving to the dairy to buy batteries to fix a dodgy electronic door. You could tell she wanted everything to be perfect!! We LOVE our new house and would 100% recommend Sam in the future.

Outstanding
Before I was introduced to Lane, I'd had several agents appraisals on our property. None of them were even close to what I thought the property was worth. Lane took all of about 10 minutes to appraise my property and offer his value to my exact thoughts. Despite negative feedback on the valuation from others, Lane managed to have an offer on the property in under a week. The offer received was exactly what Lane had appraised the house at. Lane's knowledge of the market and experience is a blessing. His professionalism exceeds expectations and creates a wonderful transition after the sale. As the house was being sold due to seperation, this was a very difficult time. Lane's empathy and experience really made things so much easier.
