Went the Extra Mile
A special thank you to Melissa for selling our apartment. She was easy to work with and went the extra mile, always ready to problem-solve on the fly. Melissa provided good advice, took on our suggestions and was overall very accommodating. Proactive, easy to deal with, and got us across the line off-market
We met Sarah at an open home that was out of our price range. She had listened properly to what we were after rather than just adding us to a mailing list, and she managed to put the deal together off-market. Throughout the process she was very easy to deal with. Communication was straightforward, she was responsive when we had questions, and she clearly knew the local market well enough to match us to the right property before it was ever advertised. Tenacious right to the end
Melanie showed great knowledge of the market in general and of Hibiscus Coast in particular. She always kept us informed of progress, of potential buyers, their interest in the property etc. It was not always easy for Melanie to decide which one of us to contact (or both). We did have to make sure we kept enough time aside when she called as there was always a lot to discuss. We named the title of the review “tenacious right to the end” as this is how Melanie showed up, tenacious, relentless, following up with all parties to get to the final sale. Melanie helped negotiate with the buyers showing her vast experience in real estate. She sure kept us on the straight and narrow on the ins and outs of selling a house which was much appreciated. We are all looking forward to getting to settlement date, thanks to Melanie.
