Sarah was able to organise our listing for sale quickly due to tight time frames. She acted professional at all times having to deal with all the varying buyers and their questions throughout . While the sale took longer than expected in the flatter market she never gave up and she managed to still get us our ideal price. Communication using WhatsApp meant we were always kept up to date on open homes etc. We would definitely recommend

From meeting Chris at the property right through to us purchasing, Chris was fantastic, his informative, no pressure approach was just what we hd been looking for. Having never bought a property in NZ, we were a bit like 'rabbits in headlights' with the whole process. Chris took the time to talk us through everything, from the auction process, to explaining on the night how to bid etc., through to keeping us informed along the journey of the house then going to asking price and placing our offers. He saw us quite a few times on open homes for the property and provided as much information as he could, helped us place our offer twice and finally get the result that both us and the seller were looking for. He was always at the end of the phone for questions, but was never ever pushy about anything. We are over the moon! We would highly recommend Chris to anyone selling their property (even though we were the buyers), he was extremely professional and a genuinely nice person!
