We cannot praise Lane more highly in his dedication to selling my mums house for her. It was during very difficult times for us with my dad recently passing and Lane was incredibly compassionate and understanding with my mum. Then whilst we were neck deep in moving mum into a village, Lane went over and above what one would expect from a real estate agent, with little or no help from us at all. He worked tirelessly, and kept us up to date with regular emails, texts and calls, we could not have asked for more. I would thoroughly recommend Lane and will be using him when we sell our own home in the near future.

We selected Sue and Tony after talking to two other agents, because we felt they were more switched on to getting us the best deal. It quickly became clear that we were selling in a difficult market with a lot more properties available than buyers looking. This inevitably meant it was not possible to meet our initial hoped-for price. Sue and Tony went the extra mile to market our property as widely as possible. The eventual buyer might not have considered our house without Sue persuading the buyer to visit our house after showing her another property. Tony was extremely supportive during the negotiation and we ended up with a deal satisfactory to both parties.

Sue even offered to lend us small items to make home feel warmer and more inviting and Tony’s ideas to small improvements on outside of house and around property helped with the selling when house went to market . The whole team under Sue/Tony were terrific to deal with and highly recommend the both of them to future home owners who are looking to sell .
