My wife, Yoko and me, recently sold a house in Auckland. As we are remotely located in overseas and our house was tenanted, we did have some worrisome for marketing and maximizing exposure to prospective buyers. We did partner with Pauline Dudasova and Sidd Akshar and the rest was pretty much easy.
