Sidd and his team recently guided us through the process of selling our house at auction. While we have bought and sold properties before, this was our first auction experience. At every step of the process, Sidd took care to explain the requirements, implications and decisions required, while pitching things at a level that recognised our prior knowledge. We also had a positive experience in dealing with the auctioneer, Sam Walmsley, and really appreciated how the Harcourts team worked together on auction day to manage the process, numerous bidders and our role as the seller.
