Sidd has been patiently working along with us for the last few months. He invested time in understanding our investment strategy, provided his inputs, and helped us craft a better strategy. Usually dealing with real estate agent was a big trust issues but here is something different story, dealing with Sidd from Harcourts was a different experience. I called Sidd a month back and asked him that I’m looking for the property that take me to the next move in future, he started sending me a different listing of the property, clarify the pros and cones, asking me what you like and dislike about the property, not only that but showing the potential area as well which I believe most important part of buying a property. We were absentee vendors as had already relocated South. Michael did everything and some for us during the marketing and sale of our home.
