Thank you for you gentle persistence in selling our property at 27 Ewen Street. The property was not formally placed onto the market and therefore a normal marketing/promotional campaign wasn’t able to be carried out. The reason you got the property was due to you proactively seeking properties in the area and your approach. The process has taken time was noninvasive to us and fitted in with our approach of “if we get the right offer the the property is for sale” which is true for a lot of properties. We have appreciated that you also took a gentle but formal approach in achieving a good end result always being courteous and mindful of our wishes. The end result has been good for all parties both us and the purchaser and I hope they enjoy living here as much as we have over many years.
