I found Isle Evans a lovely bright enthusiastic person. Had a sound knowledge of Real Estate. Always considered when it would be suitable for me to have Open Homes.

Sidd, we are so thankful to have you as our agent! To start with, you explained the process in detail and made a plan of how we are going to sell & then buy a house within a short but comfortable period of time. You gave us affordable and beneficial home improvement ideas to present our home the best way we could. We stuck to the marketing calendar and our house was sold within 3 weeks of listing it! Next part of the journey was looking for a house, you were very patient with all our specifications and took us to viewings of ones that met our requirements. You helped not just to find a beautiful home and also through all the process to purchase it! All within a period of a month! Thank you for being transparent, patient, approachable every step of the way & always available whenever we needed any of our questions answered! Thank you again!

We cannot do this part at this time as we are in a bloody awful lockdown so you will have to wait until everything is done and dusted on the property you have sold to us thanks again.

Matt sold us our first home and was great to deal with from start to finish throughout the process. His communication was great and never failed to answer any questions my husband or I had. We are so happy in our new home and very grateful to have Matt’s assistance throughout. A great real estate agent we hope to work with again the future. Regards, Mariam & Jan

Excellent service provided by Matt right form the get go. He is very well versed in the Real Estate Agency services guidelines and legal aspects. Matt has been very helpful, friendly and compassionate towards elderly vendors. He stayed with us and helped us through to smooth settlement. We are absolutely happy and satisfied with the services provided by Matt and his team at Harcourts. We have no hesitation in recommending Matt Rogers to prospective vendors. Wishing him all the best.

Ben and I would be very happy to recommend Michael to others looking at selling their property. We felt in very safe, professional hands throughout the process and are really happy with the final outcome of the sale. We feel he always acted in our best interests and his knowledge of the market and advice was appreciated. Thank you!

Immediately upon meeting Jo we knew we would have someone 100 % on board with our project. We felt welcomed by her genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and her intelligent professional approach left us encouraged and confident we would achieve a good result. Throughout the campaign she worked hard for us; achieving the marketing goals along the way, (while showing care and consideration for family involved), and ultimately a great result. We have no hesitation in recommending Jo as a sales agent, knowing the project would be in good hands.

We really enjoyed working with Jo from the moment we met her at the open home until the sale was closed. She understood our position and communicated it fairly to the vendors. She brought us all together to receive a result that we were really happy with. I would highly recommend Jo to anyone that has a tough negotiation ahead of them! x

The vendor was actually the Public Trust as administrators of my brother's estate, but I was heavily involved with Ilse in the process. I believe Ilse achieved the best possible outcome for the sale due to: Market knowledge, particularly of the Hauraki area. (She had a better handle on the market than anyone else dealt with.) Buyer contacts.(Very important). Hard work in promoting the property during the selling process. Ilse is a very pleasant person to deal which makes the whole process so much easier
