Very happy buyer!
Sidd ran us through the buying process from start to finish, always on the end of the phone to lend advise with his wealth of knowledge. Sidd found us the perfect property to start our family in and we couldnt be happier. Heres to the next chapter!

Very professional throughout our relationship.
Sidd and Pauline quickly understood my situation and formulated a sales and marketing plan, specifically tailored to my needs. In order to align my sale and purchase of the next property, as it was time critical, they suggested I put the property out to tender and more importantly, qualify prospective buyers prior to inspection. I was delighted with the outcome and accepted an unconditional offer within four weeks of signing the Harcourts agreement with Sidd. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sidd and Pauline to any prospective buyer or seller.

Moving to Auckland made easier :)
Sidd helped us buy our new home in Forrest Hill in August 2021. We were worried that moving up from Christchurch on a tight deadline will mean that we have to rent before we are able to find the perfect house. But Sidd made sure he thoroughly understood our requirements via phone and sent us listings for only the best of the lot. We flew up for a day to look at the houses and were surprised to find the house that met all our needs, was in the perfect school zone and still in our budget. We only made one offer and it was accepted! We hear it’s rare in the current housing market but we couldn’t be happier. We have moved in and have to say Sidd’s advice to buy this house has been very good for our family. Esp since we have been in lockdown for couple of months now! Would not have been a good experience if we weren’t enjoying our new house so much! Thank you Sidd!
