Michael went out of his way to communicate with myself and my ex in a professional way without taking sides during the conversations/planning around the sale of our property. When I visited Michael's listing in a rainy day, it was quite late and already 10 mins later than the closing time of open home. Michael was still there and warmly welcome me and turned on all lights and introduced the whole house to me patiently.
