We had a very smooth journy of buying our very first home. Sidd did great job throughout journey.
It's everybody's dream to own home. We were so nervous but happy as well to own our first property. Sidd isvery calm and knowledge. He helped us at every single level to enter and own property. He explained everything very well. Sidd was available for us at any time and was in contact with us throughout journey. Excellent from start to finish
As an offshore seller I had to rely totally on the agent I used to sell my property - and Michael kept me constantly informed about what was happening with the property, and the evolving situation during Auckland lockdown. He clearly talked me through the marketing and staging - and, I didn't recognise the place from the photos. I wanted to move in myself. The result he achieved was also far beyond what I expected. Even with an offer in place, Michael kept marketing the property to the last minute and it paid off. I'd absolutely recommend him and the team and will use them again in the future.

Going Above and Beyond
Calvin is an incredibly reliable and hard working agent who has gone above and beyond for us to get our house sold. He was quick to respond and updated us frequently and honestly about the progress of the campaign. He listened to what was important to us and worked tirelessly to help us achieve the result we wanted. We only had 1 open home weekend before we received multiple offers during level 4 lockdown. The house was sold within 1 week in level 3. Absolutely amazing!

Sold - Five Offers
We commissioned Calvin Wong to sell our family home in July 2021. We began this journey rather apprehensively, as we had tried numerous times before to sell the house. After the first open home, the whole of NZ plummeted into Covid Level 4 lockdown. We were worried that history was going to repeat itself and there would be another no-sale.
