We initially researched the market for the local real estate agency best suited to sell our home in Hauraki (Takapuna) and settled on Harcourts, Cooper. We were looking for an agent with integrity more than anything, but also someone trustworthy, competent and personable. I'm confident we found all that in Matt and Travis. The process went very smoothly and the house sold quickly within two weeks, albeit we new the area was popular and the property was well presented. Matt and Travis engaged themselves intensively in the process and put in a tremendous effort to pull things together for both vendor and buyer.

Matt was fantastic to deal with - right from the very beginning he was integral at setting timelines for us and keeping us on track as we prepared to get the house on the market. He made everything really easy for us with the network of experts he had available to utilise from painters, staging through to more general advice. His communication was great throughout the whole process, and he was awesome at explaining things to us. Matt was there on auction day (and facilitated the phone bidder), all ran very smoothly and efficiently and we were very lucky to sell on the day. The specific knowledge of the property, recommendations to moving forward and achieving a sale was so smooth and worry free. Always offering help and ideas to sort everything out which enabled us to stay a bit calmer during this time. Had a solution for anything and everything that popped up.
