We were sure September 2023 would not be a good time to sell being pre election, depressed market and loan funds difficult to access. Matt convinced us other wise. The house needed some TLC and Matt had tradesmen on the job promptly to brighten the house up with new carpet and painting inside and out. He requested an arborist and minor landscaping. His recommended house dressers really set the house off and made the three bedrooms look really big. He kept us well informed with regular phone calls, messages and meetings so we knew exactly how things were progressing.
