We initially researched the market for the local real estate agency best suited to sell our home in Hauraki (Takapuna) and settled on Harcourts, Cooper. We were looking for an agent with integrity more than anything, but also someone trustworthy, competent and personable. I'm confident we found all that in Travis and Matt. The process went very smoothly and the house sold quickly within two weeks, albeit we new the area was popular and the property was well presented. Travis and Matt engaged themselves intensively in the process and put in a tremendous effort to pull things together for both vendor and buyer.

Travis was great to deal with - working alongside Matt, it is evident these guys make a great team. They were fantastic at setting timelines for us to work to from the very beginning as we worked towards getting the house on the market. This really helped us be accountable and get things done! Communication wise, cannot fault - always kept us in the loop and made sure we understood the process and things that were happening.
