We are delighted with Matts extensive knowledge and professionalism.
We were sure September 2023 would not be a good time to sell being pre election, depressed market and loan funds difficult to access. Matt convinced us other wise. The house needed some TLC and Matt had tradesmen on the job promptly to brighten the house up with new carpet and painting inside and out. He requested an arborist and minor landscaping. His recommended house dressers really set the house off and made the three bedrooms look really big. He kept us well informed with regular phone calls, messages and meetings so we knew exactly how things were progressing. Come auction day the lounge was full and his auctioneer obtained a great result which we are still pleased with. We can fully recommend Team Rogers and have had excellent results on all three occasions.

Excellent advice and thinking ahead so I didn't have to.
I loved Ilse and her team member Roz's ability to think ahead and recommend options before I had to think about it. They went above and beyond in jobs like sourcing blinds and lampshades so that installation went smoothly. I was not in the same city, so knowing they were keeping on top of jobs being done before the house went to market, was so reassuring. I also appreciated their understanding on keeping costs and expenses realistic and the best value for money. The auction went well and the sale went smothly. Thank you Ilse and Roz for helping us sell our loved family home to another deserving family. Much appreciated!
