I first met Tim when he was marketing another property near by. In that instance I could not assist him because we were discussing selling ourselves. Anyway I discussed the meeting with my husband and gave him Tim’s business card and told him we should speak to him first cos he appeared to be very knowledgeable re the market and the area. A meeting was arranged and we were both impressed by his knowledge and understanding of our situation. He quickly came up with a marketing plan. At that point we both decided Tim was the man for the job and didn’t approach any other agents. Tim was helpful throughout the whole process even helping shift heavy equipment.
